Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Shuhrah Banu's claim and settlement regarding her mahr, 1879
After the death of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi], his two wives received their shares, but one of them, Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of Mashhadi Murad ‘Ali, has claimed that she has not received her mahr. Since ‘Abd al-‘Ali has not left a will to clarify whether he owed Shuhrah Banu her mahr or not, the matter was settled with five tumans and five thousand dinars.

‘Ali Akbar's will, 1892
Two copies of the will, one written on the letterhead of the Ministry of Justice. ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Haji Muhammad Ganjah, a Russian national, assigns his brothers, Mashhadi Haj Baba and Mashhadi Najaf, as the executors of his will. His inheritors are his children, Javad (age 14), Zayn al-‘Abidin (age 4), Khadijah (age 7), and Zahra (age 1), and his wife Shikar Khanum the daughter of Haji Allahyar Ganjah.
